More details Bansal stresses on the fact that capitalism and entrepreneurship is the future to make big buck without having to slave for an organisation or individual. In this book the author focuses on acquiring financial freedom without having a fancy MBA degree as opposed to the predecessor which is based on IIM graduates. An invincible burning and insane crazy determination to succeed does not require the sanction of a fancy college to start an independent business venture. The author highlights this fact and pushes the reader to cross the society defined version of success using examples of Indians who have succeeded even though their knowledge in management is not certified by an institute whatsoever. The well instructed portions of the book creates this unknown yearning to have a self employed business rather than working to make some else richer while you say put at the bottom of the ladder. More details After the success of Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish, Rashmi Bansal has written a sequel about enterepreneurs, following pretty much the same format she followed for her previous bestseller. Just like Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish’ (the story of 25 IIM Ahmedabad graduates who chose the rough road of entrepreneurship) Connect The Dots speaks about of 20 very successful entrepreneurs who never went to any B-school.

After exploring The Believers (IIM-A graduates who took the plunge straight out of IIM-A); The Opportunists (Who saw an opportunity and capitalized on it); The Alternate Vision (Social Entrepreneurs who cared about things beyond money), Bansal in her latest explores three styles of doing business. This time it is - Jugaad, Junoon, Zubaan. Jugaad stands for the buisnessmen who did business by observation, experimentation and application of mind; Junoon talks of the passionate people who had a brilliant business idea in their mind and Zubaan deals with people who chased their dreams.

The book is appealing and is full of interesting trivia and inspiring facts about these entreperneurs. After reading the book you cannot but feel positive and motivated to do what you really like. A must read for anyone who have been wanting to take the plunge and start their own venture but have not been able to do so for quite sometime.
